Overview

Through Creative Circle, I contracted as the Technical Project Manager to oversee the redesign of a banking website and occasionally manage production on a realty and a mortgage site. I coordinated tasks with the offshore production team, made CMS template edits, participated in planning the site UI redesign, wrote the technical project spec, and interacted weekly with the third-party company hired to build the back end of the new site and apply the new templates.
